At Once Media stores only what is necessary to operate: your Shopify shop domain, OAuth access token, and a log of image filenames and product IDs for uploads performed through the app. We do not store customer data, personal information, or your product photos.
Your access token is used solely to upload images and update product descriptions on your behalf via the Shopify API. Upload history is stored so you can review past activity.
Uninstalling the app triggers a shop/redact webhook that deletes all stored data for your shop from our database.
We use Shopify's Admin API to read and update product data in your store on your behalf. Our application runs on Railway (hosting) and uses Supabase (Postgres database) to store shop sessions and upload logs. No data is shared with any other third party.
